Lauren – Office Manager
Lauren joined PDX Smile Design in November, 2017. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. But quickly after, she found her passion in dentistry. “I love what I do! I enjoy being a part of the office helping with organization, administration, projects and marketing. It is such a rewarding feeling helping patients achieve the smiles of their dreams. Working at PDX Smile Design is an absolute joy because we have such an amazing, warm-welcoming team that makes you feel right at home when entering our doors”.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys doing CrossFit, traveling, and spending time with her husband and family.
Natasha – Patient Care Coordinator
Natasha graduated from Concorde Career Institute in 2003 with Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certificate, Expanded Functions Orthodontic Assisting, and Radiological Proficiency. “I am passionate about contributing to a positive environment and making genuine connections. Nothing brings me more joy than to see transformed smiles on our patients”.
Outside of wearing scrubs, you will find Natasha performing an array of outdoor activities in beautiful Oregon. She loves spending time with her husband hiking, camping and paddle boarding.
Yeva – Patient Care Coordinator
Yeva has been in the dental field since 2021. She joined the PDX Smile Design team in August, 2022 as our Patient Care Coordinator and is very excited to further her career in becoming a Dental Hygienist. “Something I love about my job is that I get to learn new things about dentistry everyday. I enjoy being a part of this team and seeing patients’ smiles that our dentists and staff make possible”. Yeva’s hobbies include going to the gym, doing gymnastics and spending time with family and friends.
Yana – Registered Dental Hygienist

Marina – Registered Dental Hygienist
Marina received her Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Clark College in 2021. As a hygienist, she became a part of our team in March of 2022. Before dental school, Marina worked as a dental assistant for thirteen years in our practice. As a dental hygienist, she loves to help people to achieve their healthy and beautiful smiles. “I love spending time with my patients educating and encouraging them on the benefits of good oral care”. Outside of work, Marina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In the summer, she loves being outdoors walking, hiking, and paddle boarding.
Nataliya – Dental Assistant EFDA
Nataliya has been a dental assistant with Expanded Functions accreditation since 1998. She joined our team in 2011 and treats everyone as family, making sure our patients feel at ease and have a pleasant experience during their appointments. “I love my job! The best part is seeing patients’ smiles light up, knowing I contributed to their wellbeing on so many levels”.
When not at work, Nataliya enjoys hiking with her daughter, swimming and spending time with family.
Olha – Dental Assistant & Orthodontic Care Specialist
Olha joined our team in 2017. She has been working as a dental assistant for over 5 years in general dentistry and endodontic speciality care. She has expanded her knowledge working as an orthodontic assistant in our practice using digital dentistry.
“The most interesting part for me is Invisalign Align technology. I like to educate patients on why they need Invisalign. It doesn’t only create a beautiful smile, but also has so many health benefits and functions. It is so rewarding seeing patients’ smiles change, but most importantly seeing the patients’ self-confidence bloom throughout the process”. When she is out of the office, Olha enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids exploring the outdoors and traveling.
Cristina – Dental Assistant
Cristina joined PDX Smile Design in 2020 as a Sterile Technician after graduating from Dental Assisting School. She continues to show her passion for dentistry by assisting Dr. Supin chairside, making patients feel comfortable and peaceful. “I am extremely proud to be a part of a dynamic team of professionals and I enjoy working in an environment that promotes learning and innovation”.
Cristina is trilingual in Russian, Ukrainian and Romanian. Outside of the office, she is a big fan of playing volleyball, doing pilates, and in her free time she loves playing sudoku.
Yulia – Dental Assistant
Yulia has been part of our team since 2018. Aside from general dentistry, she has an additional three years of Oral Surgery assisting experience. “All my life, I have had a passion for helping people. PDX Smile Design allows me to continue expanding my skills and care for our patients”. In Yulia’s free time, she enjoys exploring the pacific NW with her husband and two boys.
David – Sterile Technician
David joined our team as a Sterile Tech in November, 2022. “Within the dental field, I love that the work I do directly impacts my community. I love working at PDX Smile Design because of my amazing team of coworkers and the positive atmosphere”. In David’s free time, he likes to go to the gym and discover new music from artists around the world. David is excited to expand his knowledge and love for dentistry by starting Dental School in Fall of 2023!
